水泥基无机轻集料保温板制品成型工艺研究

    摘要:水泥基无机轻集料保温板的成型方法和工艺因素是其产业化的关键问题。通过不同成型方式对比和成型过程关键影响因素的研究结果表明:压制法成型比浇注法成型更适合制备水泥基无机保温板,压制法时采用对向施加压力比单向施加压力能取得更好的成型效果;要选用合适强度的膨胀珍珠岩骨料,压缩比为2.2,水料比在1.0~1.1区间内最佳;以无机保温板为核心的保温结构一体化板,也可以通过压制法,采用多次布料,一次成型的方法。

The research on forming process of cement-based inorganic light aggregate insulation board

    Abstract:The forming process and its factors are the key problem for industrialization of cement-based inorganic light aggregate insulation board. Comparing the different forming methods and key factors affecting the forming process,the results of research are showed that:pressing method was more suitable than pouring method on the forming progress for cement-based inorganic light aggregate insulation board. Pressure on the opposite way was better than one-way pressure on forming progress. The progress should choose rational intensity of expanded perlite aggregate. The best compression ratio of board was 2.2 when the best ratio of water to material was in the range of 1.0~1.1. The pressing method also can be used for forming progress of inorganic insulation structure board,the way was feeding material several times then forming once.
