石英砂粒径对聚合物水泥防水涂料性能的影响

    摘要:研究了不同粒径石英砂对聚合物水泥防水涂料(JS防水涂料)性能的影响,通过对比掺加不同粒径石英砂的JS防水涂料的粘度及其在不同环境下的粘结性能和拉伸性能,确定了石英砂在JS防水涂料中的最佳粒径为80~120目,从而可提高JS防水涂料的综合性能。

Influence of quartz sand mesh on the JS waterproof coating performance

    Abstract:This paper focus on the experimental study of the quartz sand with different size on the performance of the polymer cement waterproof coating(also called JS waterproof coating). In this research, the quartz sand with different size were added into JS waterproof coating,and it was determined that the optimal gradation of the quartz sand in JS waterproof coating was 80~120 mesh through measuring the viscosity and comparing the bonding properties and tensile properties in different environment between the JS waterproof coating with different size. Thus,the comprehensive performance of JS waterproof coating was improved.
