粉煤灰混凝土水渗透与空气渗透性能的相关性分

    摘要:采用3种不同试验方法研究了粉煤灰混凝土的水渗透系数、渗透率和空气渗透系数。分析了水渗透系数试验的稳定规律,各渗透性能指标与混凝土配合比参数的关系,以及3类试验结果的相关性。结果表明,水渗透系数测试稳定时间至少为2周;3类渗透试验结果均与养护龄期呈幂指数关系,与水胶比呈线性关系;将水渗透系数转化为本征渗透系数后,与渗透率、空气渗透系数线性相关;空气渗透系数为本征渗透系数的10倍左右,其测试结果与测试真空度相关。

The correlation analysis between the water permeability and the air permeability of fly ash concrete

    Abstract:Three types of experiments were adopted to study the water permeability coefficient,percolation rate and the air permeability coefficient of fly ash concrete. The rule of approaching the stable state of the water percolation experiment was analyzed. The relationships between the indices and the parameters of concrete and the relationship between these 3 test results were revealed. The results indicated that,the test of water permeability coefficient would not be stable until at least 2 weeks after initiation. There are exponential relationships between the 3 permeability indices and curing time,and linear relationships between them and water binder ratio. The intrinsic permeability coefficient,transformed from water permeability coefficient,has the linear relationship with the percolation rate and the air permeability coefficient,which is about 10 times of the intrinsic permeability coefficient,and the test result depends on the testing vacuum degree.
