抗泥型聚羧酸高性能减水剂的合成及其对混凝土

    摘要:以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵与甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、丙烯酸等单体共聚制备了一种新型聚羧酸系高性能减水剂母液,通过实验得到最佳合成工艺为:n(丙烯酸)∶n(TPEG2000)=4.0∶1.0,DADMAC用量为单体总物质的量的20%,反应温度70 ℃,反应时间3.0~3.5 h。该减水剂可有效解决砂含泥量过高造成混凝土工作性下降的问题,对混凝土砂石料的适应性强,并具有良好的增强和保坍性。

Synthesis of anti-clay polycarboxylate high performance water reducing agent and its adaptability tosand content in concrete

    Abstract:In this paper,a new polycarboxylate high performance water reducing agent mother liquor was prepared by monomer such as dimethyldiallylammonium chloride,methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether and acrylic acid. The best production process was obtained through experiments:Acrylic acid∶TPEG2000=4.0∶1.0(molar ratio),DADMAC dosage 20%(monomer total mole fraction),reaction temperature 70 ℃,reaction time 3.0~3.5 h. This product effectively solves the problem that the sand content is too high to cause the workability to fall,it has good adaptability to the concrete sandstone material,and has good retention of concrete slump and improvement to the concrete strength.
