钢渣用量对碱激发钢渣-矿渣基灌浆材料性能的影

    摘要:基于碱激发胶凝材料的原理,以钢渣-矿渣为主要原材料,制备了一种新型绿色灌浆材料。在固定水玻璃模数、碱当量(10%或12%)、水固比、外加剂掺量的条件下,研究了钢渣用量对钢渣-矿渣基灌浆材料流动性、凝结时间、固结强度和干燥收缩等性能的影响。试验结果表明:当碱当量为12%、钢渣用量为30%时,灌浆料的初始流动度最大为290 mm,30 min流动度保留值最小约148 mm;当碱当量为12%、钢渣用量为40%时,灌浆料的凝结时间最短为91 min;当碱当量为10%、钢渣用量为40%时,固结强度最大为54.6 MPa;钢渣用量在30%~70%时,增加钢渣用量能显著改善其干燥收缩性能。

Effect of steel slag content on properties of alkali-activated steel slag and slag based grouting material

    Abstract:Based on the principle of alkali activated cementitious materials,a new type of green grouting material was prepared by using steel slag and grounded furnace slag as the main raw material. In a fixed modulus of water glass,alkali equivalent(10% or 12%),the ratio of water to solid and the amount of admixture,the effect of steel slag content on the fluidity,
setting time,consolidation strength and drying shrinkage of the grouting material was studied. The test results showed that when the equivalent of alkali is 12% and the amount of steel slag is 30%,the maximum of initial fluidity is 290 mm,and the minimum of 30 min fluidity retention value is 148 mm;when the equivalent of alkali is 12% and the amount of steel slag is 40%,the shortest setting time is 91 min,when the equivalent of alkali is 10% and the amount of steel slag is 40%,the maximum of consolidation strength value is 54.6 MPa,when the amount of steel slag is in 30%~70%,the increase of steel slag content can significantly improve the dry shrinkage performance of the grouting material.
