碱度对脱硫建筑石膏性能的影响

    摘要:研究了不同碱度的氢氧化钙(CH)溶液和氢氧化钠(NH)溶液对脱硫建筑石膏凝结时间、2 h强度的影响,并通过水化温升、XRD和SEM技术探索了其影响机理。结果表明:在拌合水pH值为7.6~12.0内,随着碱度的提高,脱硫建筑石膏的初凝、终凝时间都明显缩短;在pH值为9.0左右时,2种水化环境中脱硫建筑石膏的抗折、抗压强度性能都最佳;碱性环境还改变了二水石膏的结晶相变热、结晶化程度、结晶形态和密实程度。

    Effect of alkalinity on the performance of flue gas desulfurization calcined gypsum

    Abstract:Effects of Ca(OH)2(CH) and NaOH(NH) solutions with different alkalinities on the performances of setting time,2 h strength of the flue gas desulfurization calcined gypsum(FGD) were studied,then the mechanisms were investigated by hydration temperature rises,XRD,and SEM tests. The results show that:the FGD initial setting times and final setting times are all obviously shortened by the increasing alkalinities of the mixing water,which pH values change from 7.6 to 12.0,the optimization alkalinity is around pH=9.0 for FGD strength properties in the two solution environments,last the analysis results indicate that the phase transformation heats,crystallization degrees,crystal morphologies and densifications of FGD hydration products are all changed by the increased alkalinities.
