电磁屏蔽网上安装真空保温装饰板的新型工艺

    摘要：研制了铝条龙骨法进行屏蔽墙体真空保温装饰板粘结的工艺，采用气钉枪喷射射钉将铝条固定于屏蔽网及墙体上，然后在铝条上涂覆耐候中性硅酮结构胶，进行保温装饰板的粘结，再用特制的设有螺钉、固定片、弹性软管、垫片和铜网等元件的屏蔽锚钉进行锚接，最后密封封边而成。

New technology of vacuum insulation decorative board installed on electromagnetic shielding net

    Abstract：The aluminum strip bar keel method was used to install the vacuum insulation decorative board on Shield wall. Firstly，the aluminum strip is fixed on the shielding net and the wall by the air nail gun. And then weathering neutral structure silicone adhesive is coated on aluminum strip. Then the vacuum insulation decorative board is bonded on aluminum strip. Then using special shield anchor which is constitute by screw，fixing plate，flexible hose，gasket and copper mesh to anchor the vacuum insulation decorative board. At last the silicone weatherproof sealant is used to seal up seam.
