羟丙基甲基纤维素醚对改性发泡水泥保温板孔结

    摘要:以普通硅酸盐水泥制备的干表观密度250 kg/m3的发泡水泥为对象,研究羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(HPMC)对发泡水泥保温板孔径、强度、吸水率及导热系数的影响。结果显示:发泡水泥保温板的孔隙率不随HPMC掺量的增加而改变,但HPMC的掺加可以明显减小发泡水泥保温板的孔径。随着HPMC掺量的增加,发泡水泥保温板的抗压、抗折强度先提高后降低,吸水率先减小后增大,导热系数不断减小。当HPMC掺量为水泥质量的0.02%时,发泡水泥保温板的28 d抗压、抗折强度分别比未掺加HPMC的增大14.1%、16.67%,体积吸水率降低18.21%,导热系数降低0.004 W/(m·K)。

Effect of HPMC on the pore structure and properties of foam cement insulation board

    Abstract:The subject of the study is foam cement products with density of 250 kg/m3 prepared with ordinary Portland cement. The effects of HPMC on the pore size,strength,water absorption and thermal conductivity of foamed cement were investigated. The results indicate that with the HPMC content increasing,the porosity of foamed cement insulation board have not changed,but the pore size become gradually smaller,compressive strength and bending strength increases firstly and reduces afterward,water absorption reduces firstly and increases afterward and the thermal conductivity are reducing. When the HPMC content is 0.02% of the ordinary Portland cement,the 28 days compressive strength,28 days bending strength are increased by 14.1%,16.67%,the bulk water absorption are reduced by 18.21%,and the thermal conductivity reduced by 0.004 W/(m·K).
