再生微粉和水胶比对发泡水泥性能的影响研究

    摘要:以硫铝酸盐水泥(SAC)和粉煤灰(FA)为主要胶凝材料,将再生微粉作为矿物掺和料等比例取代2种胶凝材料,基于化学发泡工艺制备发泡水保温制品,研究再生微粉和水胶比对发泡水泥性能的影响。结果表明,随着再生微粉掺量的增加,发泡水泥的抗压强度、干表观密度和气孔孔径减小;随着水胶比的增大,发泡水泥的抗压强度先提高后降低,干表观密度和气孔孔径减小;发泡水泥的干表观密度与抗压强度具有良好的线性相关性。

Effect of regeneration powder and water-binder ratio on properties of foamed cement

    Abstract:Sulfoaluminate cement(SAC) and fly ash(FA) were used as main cementitious materials,the two kinds of gelling materials were replaced by the proportion of regenerated fine powder as mineral admixture,based on the chemical foaming process to prepare foam water insulation products, to study the impact of regenerated powder and water-cement ratio on the performance of foamed cement. The results show that the compressive strength,dry apparent density and pore size of foamed cement decrease with the increase of the amount of regenerated powder. With the increase of water-cement ratio,the compressive strength of foamed cement increases first and then decreases,and the dry apparent density and the pore size reduces. The dry apparent density and the pore size of the foamed cement have a good linear correlation with the compressive strength.
