三相复合水泥基太阳能储能材料制备的试验研究

    摘要:为了制备性能优异的水泥基储能材料,复掺石墨、炭黑和氧化铁黑3种储能相,研究了3种储能相对试样力学性能、热学性能和吸热性能的影响,并根据微观分析对储能相影响试样力学性能的机理进行了解释。试验结果表明:当石墨、炭黑和氧化铁黑掺量分别为25%、8%和25%时,试样在具有良好力学性能的同时,具有优异的热学性能和吸热性能;影响力学性能的因素依次是:炭黑>石墨>氧化铁黑,而影响吸热性能的因素依次是:石墨>炭黑>氧化铁黑。

Experimental study on preparation of three-phase composite cement-based solar energy storage materials

    Abstract:In order to prepare the cement-based energy storage materials with excellent performance,study the effect of three kinds of energy storage phases,such asgraphite,carbon black and iron oxide black on the mechanical properties,thermal properties and endothermic properties of the samples. Finally,the mechanism of the mechanical properties of the samples affected by energy storage was explained. Considering that the contents of graphite,carbon black and iron oxide were 25%,8% and 25% respectively,the samples had excellent mechanical properties,thermal properties and endothermic properties. The factors that affect the mechanical properties are:carbon black>graphite>iron oxide black,and the factors that affect the endothermic performance are:graphite>carbon black>iron oxide black.
