大掺量矿物掺合料C25自密实混凝土的配制与应用

    摘要:采用大掺量粉煤灰和石灰石粉配制C25自密实混凝土,对混凝土的性能进行研究,并将配制的C25自密实混凝土应用于实际工程。结果表明,采用450 kg/m3的胶凝材料,并掺入50%的粉煤灰和石灰石粉,能够配制性能良好的C25自密实混凝土;掺入适量粉煤灰能够提高自密实混凝土的流动性,同时可以减少硬化混凝土的干燥收缩;石灰石粉可提高混凝土拌合物的粘聚性,但是不利于混凝土后期强度增长,且会增加混凝土的干燥收缩;在实际工程中,应加强混凝土的早期养护并适当延长养护时间,并以60 d抗压强度作为混凝土强度评定及验收依据。

Preparation and application of C25 self-compacting concrete using large amount of mineral admixture

    Abstract:In this paper,C25 self-compacting concrete was made by using large amount of fly ash and limestone powder. Next,the performance of concrete was studied and the concrete was applied to engineering. The results showed that the high performance C25 self-compacting concrete can be made using cementing material which is 450 kg/m3 and mixed with 50% fly ash and limestone powder. Proper amount of fly ash can improve the fluidity of concrete mixture and reduce the drying shrinkage of concrete. Limestone powder can improve the cohesiveness of concrete mixture,but not conducive to the growth of the late strength of concrete,and the drying shrinkage of concrete will increase also. In practical engineering,it is necessary to strengthen the early curing of concrete and prolong the curing time appropriately,and use 60 d compressive strength as the basis of concrete strength evaluation and acceptance.
