混凝土浮浆的测试方法探索研究

    摘要:介绍了新拌混凝土浮浆层厚度和硬化混凝土浮浆率这2种表征浮浆严重程度的测试方法。结果表明,2种测试方法均能够在一定程度上有效地对混凝土的浮浆情况进行表征。新拌混凝土浮浆层厚度测试方法具有测试快捷、试验周期短、可以快速得出结论的优点,但无法区分水泥浮浆和对实际工程危害更大的粉煤灰浮浆;而硬化混凝土浮浆率测试方法的优点在于其测试的是硬化后强度较低的有害浮浆部分,其值对于实际工程应用可能更具指导意义,但试验周期相对较长。

Study on the test methods of concrete laitance

    Abstract:This paper introduces the test method of the thickness of fresh concrete laitance layer and the test method of hardening concrete laitance rate. The two methods are used to characterize the severity of concrete laitance. The results show that both test methods can be used to effectively characterize the laitance situation of the concrete to a certain extent. The test method of the thickness of fresh concrete laitance layer has the advantages of quick test,short experimental period and quick conclusion,but it cannot distinguish between the cement laitance and the fly ash laitance which is more harmful to practical engineering. The advantage of the test method of hardening concrete laitance rate is that it tests the hardened harmful laitance with low strength,and its value may be more instructive for practical engineering applications,but the experimental period is relatively long.
