快固型环氧乙烯基酯锚固胶的制备与性能研究

    摘要：优选高活性环氧乙烯基酯树脂、过氧化甲乙酮-异辛酸钴氧化-还原引发体系、触变改性剂有机蒙脱土（OMMT）、增强填料石英粉和液体石蜡、硅烷偶联剂等助剂，制备了快固型环氧乙烯基酯锚固胶。结果表明：制备的锚固胶固化速率快，劈裂抗拉强度为14 MPa，抗弯强度为57 MPa，呈非碎裂破坏状态，抗压强度为80 MPa，粘结剪切强度为16 MPa，带肋钢筋拉拔强度为20 MPa。符合GB 50728—2011《工程结构加固材料安全性鉴定技术规范》中Ⅲ类锚固胶的标准要求，即使在冬季低温施工环境下也能起到快速锚固修复的目的。

Research on preparation and property of fast-curing epoxy vinyl ester resin anchor adhesive

    Abstract：High reactivity epoxy vinyl ester resin，methyl ethyl ketone peroxide-cobalt isooctane oxidation-reduction system，organic montmorillonite（OMMT）　as thixotropic modifier， quartz powder as strengthen filler，liquid paraffin，and silane coupling agent were chosen to prepare fast-curing epoxy vinyl ester resin anchor adhesive. Results showed that the prepared anchor adhesive curing fast，the splitting tensile strength is 14 MPa，the bending strength is 57 MPa with non-brittle fracture，the compressive strength is 80 MPa，the bonding shear strength is 16 MPa，and the anti-drawing strength of ribbed bar is 20 MPa. The prepared anchor adhesive completely meets the properties requirements of the anchor adhesive（type Ⅲ） specified in standard GB 50728—2011"Technical code for safety appraisal of engineering structural strengthening materials". The anchor adhesive could cure fast to repair the concrete even in winter low temperature construction environment.
