基于Lamb波的铝板无损检测方法试验研究

摘要:通过在铝板上打孔来模拟铝板中的裂缝缺陷,分别在正向、反向上激励出Lamb波,采用一发一收法,研究缺陷前后薄铝板中的Lamb波信号变化。通过对比分析,提出了基于皮尔逊相关系数法的无损判定方法,为工程中的铝结构提供了一种快速而有效的无损检测方法。

Abstract:The crack was made in the aluminum sheet to simulate the crack defects. Lamb waves were inspired in forward and reverse direction,and pitch-catch technique was utilized. The signals before and after crack was compared,and a nondestructive detection method based on is proposed. Hence,it will provide a fast and effective way to detect the cracks on the aluminum sheet.
