    摘要:研究碱含量和玻璃粉含量对碱激发矿渣-玻璃粉胶凝材料强度的影响,运用Design Expert软件的响应面分析法对上述因素建立强度预测模型。结果表明,玻璃粉掺量对胶砂强度的影响不明显,而碱含量对强度的影响较大,碱含量和玻璃粉的交互作用对抗折强度有一定的影响。当碱含量为7%,玻璃粉含量为5%时,胶砂的强度最高,且得到的最优配比与实测值差异不大,使用响应面分析法可以很好指导碱激发胶凝材料的制备,选出最优配合比。

Study on preparation of alkali-activated slag-glass powder cementitious materials based on response surface method

    Abstract:The influence of alkali content and glass powder content on the strength of alkali-activated slag-glass powder cement was analyzed and the strength prediction models were established by using the response surface analysis method of Expert Design software. The results show that the effect of dosage of glass powder on the flexural and compressive strength of cement mortar is not obvious,while the effect of alkali content on strength is great and the interaction of alkali and glass powder has a certain effect on the flexural strength. The results show that when the alkali content is 7%,the glass powder content is 5%,mortar strength is the highest,and the strength of optimal proportion had little difference with the measured values in the laboratory. Therefore,using response surface analysis method can well guide the preparation technology of alkali activated cementitious material to select the optimal mix ratio.
