超细钢渣微粉的制备及其对脱硫石膏改性的研究

    摘要:通过预粉磨和终粉磨双系统高效去除钢渣中的金属铁,制备比表面积大于600 m2/kg的超细钢渣微粉。然后将超细钢渣微粉作为改性剂,内掺入脱硫石膏中进行性能测试。结果表明,超细钢渣微粉可以有效改善脱硫石膏的性能,当超细钢渣微粉掺量为15%时,相较于未掺超细钢渣微粉的脱硫石膏,吸水率降低了5.8个百分点,7 d和28 d抗折强度分别下降了9.6%和9.0%;抗压强度分别提高了17.2%和23.9%。

Study on preparation of superfine slag powder and modification of FGD gypsum

    Abstract:Superfine slag powder with specific surface area>600 m2/kg was produced by removing the metallic iron efficiently through using the pre-grinding and final-grinding system. Taking the superfine powder as the modifiers,then mixed them with desulfurization gypsum and getting related index by testing. The results show,the superfine slag powder can efficiently improve the properties of desulfurization gypsum. The optimum content of  superfine slag powder was 15%,meanwhile compared to that without the superfine slag powder,the water absorption of gypsum reduced by 5.8%,the flexural strength(7 d and 28 d) decrease by 9.6% and 9.0%,respectively. While the compressive strength(7 d and 28 d) increase by 17.2% and 23.9%,respectively.
