气孔结构对泡沫混凝土吸水率和抗压强度的影响

    摘要:以600 kg/m3和900 kg/m3密度等级的泡沫混凝土为对象,用数码显微镜和图像分析软件观测并计算泡沫混凝土的气孔结构,测试其吸水率和抗压强度,采用Matlab软件分别建立了泡沫混凝土气孔结构参数与吸水率及强度比的数学关系。试验结果表明,泡沫混凝土吸水率随孔隙率的升高而升高,平均孔径的增大而增大;强度比主要随着孔隙率的增大而增大,孔径对其影响较小。

Effect of pore structure on the water absorption and compressive strength of foam concrete

    Abstract:The stomatal structure of foamed concrete was observed and calculated by digital microscope and image analysis software. The water absorption and compressive strength of foam concrete were measured and studied with 600 kg/m3 and 900 kg/m3 foam grades. The mathematical relationship between the pore structure parameters,the water absorption and the strength ratio of foam concrete was established by using Matlab. The results show that the water absorption of foam concrete increases with the increase of porosity and also increases with the augment of mean pore size. The strength ratio increases with the increase of porosity mainly,while the effect of pore size is small.
