注浆法制备陶粒泡沫混凝土的性能研究

    摘要:对注浆法制备的陶粒泡沫混凝土,采用正交试验方法,分析水胶比、粉煤灰掺量和泡沫掺量等对泡沫浆体填充效果的影响,获得填充效果各因素的敏感性排列顺序。结果表明:影响陶粒泡沫混凝土试件均匀性的顺序为:粉煤灰掺量>泡沫掺量>水胶比;影响7 d和28 d抗压强度的顺序为:泡沫掺量>粉煤灰掺量>水胶比。基于这种制备方法,提出了陶粒泡沫混凝土均匀性最优的推荐配合比。

Experimental study on properties of ceramsite foam concrete produced by grouting method

    Abstract:The research team put forward a method that producing ceramsite foam concrete by grouting. The sensitivity ranking order to influence of water-binder ratio,the content of foam and fly ash on filling effect was obtained by orthogonal test,and the each factor level impacts on filling effect was analyzed. The research results proved that the order of impacting uniformity of composite ceramsite foam concrete specimen is as follows:the content of fly ash>the content of foam>water-binder ratio,and the order of impacting compressive strength at 7 d and 28 d is:the content of foam>the content of fly ash>water-binder ratio. Based on this method,the paper puts forward an optimum mix ratio for the uniformity of ceramsite foam concrete.
