发泡水泥性能的计算关系式总结

    摘要:由于发泡水泥的密度不同,强度及导热系数也随之发生变化;生产发泡水泥产品的水温要根据环境温度、水泥温度进行调节,经过大量试验和理论研究得出发泡水泥的密度与强度的计算关系式Px=(ρ/ρf)2·P·N·K、生产发泡水泥的水温计算公式
W=90Y-2Wc、导热系数计算公式λ=■+λ1。

Summary of the calculation formula for the performance of foamed cement

    Abstract:The density of different foamed cement is different,so its strength and thermal conductivity will change. The water temperature of foamed cement should be adjusted according to the environment temperature and cement temperature. A large number of experiments and theoretical studies have been carried out. The calculation  formula of the density and strength of foamed cement is obtained Px=(ρ/ρf)2·P·N·K,and  the formula for calculating the water temperature of foamed cement W=90Y-2Wc and the formula of thermal conductivity are obtained λ=■+λ1.
