高炉渣纤维保温板新型粘结剂的配合比研究

    摘要:针对高炉渣纤维的高附加值应用,选取适宜的聚乙烯醇溶液浓度,以不同用量戊二醛改性聚乙烯醇制备用于高炉渣纤维制品的新型粘结剂,制备高炉渣纤维保温板。通过测试其密度、吸湿率和耐酸碱性等性能指标,确定所制备的新型粘结剂中戊二醛的使用量。结果表明:制备高炉渣纤维保温板用新型粘结剂的最优方案是以聚乙烯醇固体分5%的戊二醛改性浓度3%的聚乙烯醇溶液。

Study on mix proportion of new binder of blast furnace slag wool insulation board

    Abstract:Aiming at the high added value application of blast furnace slag fiber,selecting the appropriate concentration of PVA solution,using different concentration glutaraldehyde modified polyvinyl alcohol solution to product the new binder of blast furnace slag fiber. By testing its bulk density,moisture absorption rate and acid alkali resistance and other indexes to determine the glutaraldehyde concentration in the new binder. The results show that the optimum solution of the new binder for the preparation of blast furnace slag fiber insulation board is 5% polyvinyl alcohol solid content of glutaraldehyde to modify 3% polyvinyl
alcohol.
