水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的微观结构与机理分

    摘要:研究了水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料对混凝土抗渗性能的影响,利用SEM对带渗透结晶涂层的水泥石不同深度的微观结构进行观察,并通过EDS和XRD对试样成分进行分析。结果表明:涂刷渗透结晶材料混凝土试块的28 d抗渗压力为基准混凝土试块的250%;SEM和EDS的结果显示,涂层中的活性物质渗入水泥石中,生成大量的针柱状钙矾石晶体和片层状单硫型水化硫铝酸钙晶体,进而堵塞毛细通道,使基体致密防水。XRD结果表明,活性物质还促使水泥石中产生大量不溶的碳酸钙和水化硅酸钙晶体。

Microstructure and mechanism analysis of cement-based capillary crystalline waterproofing material

    Abstract:Influence of cement-based capillary crystalline waterproofing(CCCW) material on impermeability of concrete was investigated in this work. The microstructure in different depth and phase composition of hardened cement paste coated with CCCW was analyzed using SEM,EDS and XRD,to explore the mechanism how CCCW coating can make effect on impermeability of concrete. The results show that the 28 d impermeability pressure of the concrete coated with CCCW could be improved to 250 percent of basic concrete. SEM observation and EDS analysis indicates that active components from CCCW coating infiltrated into cement paste and reacted with cement compounds to form needlelike columnar ettringite crystal and lamellar single sulfur aluminate hydrate crystal. The products filled and blocked pores and cracks to make concrete denser and more impermeable. Moreover,the results of XRD display that active components reacted with cement compounds to form insoluble calcium carbonate crystal and hydrated calcium silicate crystal.
