拌和与成型温度对SMA-16混合料性能影响研究

    摘要:为明确施工温度对SMA-16混合料路面性能的影响,并为SMA-16路面施工的合理拌和及碾压成型温度提供技术依据,研究不同温度条件下沥青与矿料的粘附性;同时拟定4个拌和温度、2个成型温度,研究不同温度条件下SMA-16混合料的毛体积密度、孔隙率、马歇尔稳定性、水稳定性和高低温性能的变化。结果表明:加热温度为170~185 ℃时玄武岩粗集料与SBS改性沥青的裹覆性最好;拌和温度对木质素纤维SMA混合料高温稳定性的影响比较大,对水稳定性和低温稳定性的影响不明显;拌和温度为175~185 ℃时,木质素纤维SMA混合料的高温稳定性、低温变形性能和水稳定性最好。

Research on the effect of mixing and forming temperature on SMA-16 mixture properties

    Abstract:In order to research the effect of construction temperature on the performance of SMA-16 mixture pavement,this paper provides technical proves for the proper mixing temperature of SMA-16 pavement construction with rational mixing and rolling,researched on the adhesion property of asphalt and mineral aggregate under different temperatures;at the same time,drawing out 4 different types of mixing temperatures and 2 different types of forming temperatures,investigated the change of bulk density,porosity,Marshall stability,water stability and high-and-low temperature performance of SMA-16 mixture. The results showed that the best heating temperature for best wrapping of basalt coarse aggregate and SBS modified asphalt coating is around 170~185 ℃;mixing temperature affects significantly on high temperature stability of lignin fiber SMA mixture;on the contrary,mixing temperature affects insignificantly on water stability and low temperature stability;under mixing temperature of 175~185 ℃,lignin fiber SMA mixture is at its optimum in terms of high temperature stability,low temperature deformation performance and water stability.
