三相导电沥青混合料的制备及性能研究

    摘要:为制备性能良好的导电沥青混合料,以石墨、碳纤维和钢渣为导电材料,研究3种材料掺量及组合对混合料路用性能和导电性能的影响,并通过灰关联度分析得出影响导电性能的最重要因素。结果显示,石墨的加入使混合料的路用性能急剧降低,当石墨掺量为12%~20%时,电导率随石墨掺量的增多大幅升高,当石墨掺量大于20%时,电导率的提高幅度有限;复相导电混合料的路用性能随碳纤维掺量的增多呈现先提高后降低的趋势,存在最佳碳纤维掺量,碳纤维的掺入大幅提高了混合料的导电性能,当碳纤维掺量大于0.3%时,导电性能趋于稳定;钢渣的掺入提高了三相导电混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性,降低了低温抗裂性,当石墨、碳纤维和钢渣掺量分别为20%、0.35%和100%时,混合料的导电性能最佳,且具有良好的路用性能;3种材料对混合料导电性能影响的显著程度为:碳纤维>石墨>钢渣。

Study on the preparation and properties of three-phase conductive asphalt mixture

    Abstract:In order to prepare conductive asphalt mixture with good performance,graphite,carbon fiber and steel slag were used as conductive materials to study the influence of three kinds of materials on the pavement performance and electrical conductivity of the mixture,and through the grey relation entropy analysis to obtain the most important factor that influences the conductivity. The results show that the addition of graphite decreases the road performance of the mixture sharply. When the content of graphite is 12%~20%,the electrical conductivity increases with the increase of graphite content,when the content of graphite exceeds 20%,the conductivity increase amplitude is limited. With the increase of carbon fiber content,the performance of the composite conductive mixture shows a trend of increasing and then decreasing,and the optimal carbon fiber content was existed,the addition of which can greatly improve the electrical conductivity of the mixture. When the carbon fiber,when the content is more than 0.3%,the conductivity is stable. The addition of steel slag improves the high temperature stability and water stability of the three-phase conductive mixture and reduces the low temperature crack resistance,when the content of graphite,carbon fiber and steel slag is 20%、0.35% and 100% respectively,the effect of the three materials on the electrical conductivity of the mixture is remarkable,the impact significance on conductivity of the mixture is carbon fiber>graphite>steel slag.
