硫酸钠溶液浓度对碱矿渣隧道防火涂料基本性能

摘要:通过改变硫酸钠溶液浓度,研究激发剂浓度对碱矿渣隧道防火涂料基本性能的影响。结果表明,当硫酸钠溶液的质量浓度小于6%时,涂料冻融前后的粘结强度随硫酸钠溶液浓度的增大而提高,当硫酸钠溶液浓度超过6%时,溶液浓度变化对涂料粘结强度的影响不明显;硫酸钠溶液浓度变化对涂料干燥时间的影响不明显。

Effect of sodium sulfate solution concentration on the basic performance of alkali-activated slag tunnel fireproof coatings

Abstract:The effect of sodium sulfate solution concentration on the performance of alkali-activated slag tunnel fireproof coatings(AAS-TFC) was studied by changing the sodium sulfate solution concentration. The test results reveal that,when the weight concentration of sodium sulfate solution is less than 6%,the bonding strength before and after freezing-thawing cycles increases with the increase of the solution concentration. When the concentration of sodium sulfate solution is more than 6%,the influence of the solution concentration on the bonding strength of AAS-TFC is not obvious. The influence of the change of the concentration of sodium sulfate solution on the drying time of AAS-TFC is not obvious.
