道路桥梁用快硬聚合物修补砂浆的研制

    摘要:通过研究石膏种类和掺量、水泥比例、早强剂种类、缓凝剂种类和掺量、胶粉掺量的影响,制备出可以同时满足凝结时间(初、终凝时间分别为60、70 min)、流动度(初始和30 min流动度分别为360、305 mm)和2 h抗压强度(23.1 MPa)要求的道路用快硬聚合物修补砂浆。

Development of fast hardening polymer modified repair mortar for road and bridge

    Abstract:By studying the influence of gypsum type and dosage,cement ratio,early strength agent type,retarder type and dosage,and redispersible polymer powder dosage,the fast hardening polymer modified repair mortar for road which can fulfill the requirement of setting time(initial setting time and final setting time is 60 min and 70 min),fluidity(0 min and 30 min fluidity is 360 mm and 305 mm) and 2 h compressive strength(23.1 MPa) has been developed.
