再生微粉在水泥中作用机理的试验研究

    摘要:采用激光粒度、水化热、SEM、XRD和热重法分析等测试手段,比较再生微粉与其它常用水泥混凝土掺合料的颗粒粒径、水化过程和水化产物,并由此分析再生微粉在水泥中的作用机理。试验结果表明:再生微粉用作水泥混凝土掺合料时,可同时产生火山灰效应和微集料效应,但微集料效应较弱,火山灰效应对其活性起到主导作用。

Experimental study on action mechanism of recycled powder in cement

    Abstract:This paper tests the particle size,hydration process and hydration products of recycled powder and other concrete admixtures by laser particle size analyzer,hydration heat tester,SEM,XRD and thermal gravimetric analyzer. On this basis,we try to make clear the mechanism of recycled powder in cement. Results show that:when the recycled powder is used as cement concrete admixture,volcanic ash reaction and micro aggregate effect can be both found. The micro aggregate effect is relative weak,and the volcanic ash effect plays a leading role in its activity.
