氯氧镁水泥基钼尾矿胶砂的制备

    摘要:以氯氧镁水泥为胶凝材料,钼尾矿为细骨料,制备氯氧镁水泥基钼尾矿胶砂试块。研究了氯氧镁溶液组成和钼尾矿掺量对胶砂试块力学性能的影响。结果表明,当氯化镁溶液波美度为26 °Bé、掺量为200 ml、m(钼尾矿)∶m(MgO)=66∶34时,制备的氯氧镁水泥基钼尾矿胶砂28 d抗折和抗压强度分别为5.0、10.7 MPa。

Preparation of mortar block with magnesium oxychloride cement based molybdenum tailings

    Abstract:Magnesium oxychloride cement based molybdenum tailings mortar block is prepared with magnesium oxychloride cement as cementitious materials and molybdenum tailings as fine aggregate. The effects of different magnesium oxychloride solutions and molybdenum tailings ratio on mechanical properties of mortar were studied. The results showed that,when baume degree is 26 °Bé with 200 ml and m(molybdenum tailing)∶m(MgO) is 66∶34,the flexural strength and compressive strength of mortar at 28 d are 5.0 MPa and 10.7 MPa respectively.
