重庆农村地区生土建筑墙体材料改性试验研究

    摘要:以重庆地区生土为基料,以稻草秸秆与矿渣为改性材料,按照不同改性材料掺量制作出不同配比的改性生土试件,测试其抗剪强度、抗压强度、导热系数。试验结果表明,掺加适量的稻草秸秆或矿渣可使抗剪强度分别提高50%~100%、92.7%~123.0%,抗压强度最大分别提高23.7%与49.6%,导热系数降低5%左右。稻草秸秆的最佳掺量为0.25%~0.50%,矿渣的最佳掺量为8%~
10%。

Experimental study on modification of Chongqing rural area earth construction wall materials

    Abstract:Using the area of Chongqing soil as raw material,rice straw and slag as modified materials,in accordance with the different dosage of modified materials to produce modified raw soil specimens of different ratio,the shear strength,compressive strength,thermal conductivity are  tested. The experimental data showed that the appropriate amount of straw or slag can be adjusted to increase the shear strength of 50%~100%,92.7%~123.0%,the maximum compressive strength increased by 23.7% and 49.6%,respectively,and thermal conductivity decreased by about 5%. The optimum ratio of straw is 0.25%~0.50%,the best proportion of slag is 8%~10%.
