蒸压加气混凝土抗压强度快速推定的研究

    摘要:为解决蒸压加气混凝土抗压强度检测周期长、检测过程繁琐的问题,研究了一种推定抗压强度的快速方法。首先,经过大量试验得到了不同含水率的实测抗压强度与含水率为8%~12%的蒸压加气混凝土抗压强度之间的换算系数;然后,将所测样品破碎并全部通过19.0 mm方孔筛,混合均匀后用四分法称取100 g,置于(105±5) ℃干燥箱中干燥1 h,快速测试含水率;最后,结合换算系数与实测抗压强度换算含水率为8%~12%的抗压强度。

Study on rapid estimation of autoclaved aerated concrete compressive strength

    Abstract:In order to solve the issues of long testing cycle and complicated process of compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete,a rapid method of measuring compressive strength was researched. Firstly,the conversion factor of compressive strength between actual moisture content and 8%~12% was obtained after a large number of experiments;Secondly,moisture content was calculated rapidly by weighing 100 g samples of mixing evenly and separating into four parts after crushing and going all through the 19.0 mm square hole sieve,keeping 1 h in drying oven at(105±5) ℃;finally,compressive strength for 8%~12% moisture content can be calculated,combined with conversion factor and compressive strength on actual moisture content.
