基于憎水性气凝胶的高性能无机保温材料的开发

    摘要:利用憎水性气凝胶等体积取代传统无机保温砂浆中的轻骨料,在降低材料导热系数的同时,对材料的干密度和抗压强度无影响或反而有所提高,导热系数最低可达到0.060 W/(m·K)以下;因气凝胶较强的憎水性,开发的无机保温材料吸水率低、软化系数高、抗冻性好,具有良好的耐久性。

Development of high performance inorganic insulation materials based on hydrophobic aerogels

    Abstract:The lightweight aggregates in traditional inorganic insulation mortar were replaced by hydrophobic aerogels,which reduced the thermal conductivity but improved dry density and compressive strength. At the same time,the minimum thermal conductivity can be less than 0.060 W/(m·K),there are lots of high performance in the new inorganic insulation materials,including low water absorption,high softening coefficient,good frost resistance and durability because of the strong hydrophobicity of aerogels.
