正癸酸/膨胀珍珠岩复合相变水泥板导热系数研究

    摘要:通过真空吸附法,以膨胀珍珠岩(EP)为多孔基体材料,正癸酸(CA)为相变材料,将水泥砂浆与正癸酸/膨胀珍珠岩相变材料混合,制备了正癸酸/膨胀珍珠岩复合相变水泥板,研究了温度、复合相变材料含量等对导热系数的影响。结果表明:相同温度条件下,复合相变材料含量越高,复合相变水泥板的导热系数越低;与普通水泥板相比,复合相变材料含量为8%、13%、18%的水泥板导热系数分别降了40.60%、49.59%、53.43%(21 ℃)和39.16%、47.89%、51.61%(51 ℃)。

Study on the thermal conductivity of the n-decanoic acid/expanded perlite composite phase change cement board

    Abstract:The n-decanoic acid/expanded perlite composite phase change cement board was mixed with n-decanoic acid/expanded perlite phase change material by vacuum adsorption method with expanded perlite(EP) as the porous matrix material and n-decanoic acid(CA) as phase change material. The effect of temperature and content of phase change material on thermal conductivity was researched. The results show that the higher the phase change material content is,the lower the thermal conductivity of the cement board is under the same temperature condition. Compared with the thermal conductivity of ordinary cement board,the thermal conductivity of 8%,13% and 18% composite phase change cement slabs decreased by 40.60%,49.59%,53.43%(21 ℃)and 39.16%,47.89%,51.61%(51 ℃).
