陶粒泡沫混凝土配合比设计及保温性能模拟研究

    摘要:研究了陶粒、膨胀珍珠岩、粉煤灰以及发泡剂掺量对陶粒泡沫混凝土干密度、抗压强度、导热系数及软化系数的影响。通过正交试验确定了各组分的最佳掺量。结果表明,当陶粒掺量为35%、膨胀珍珠岩掺量为0.07%、粉煤灰内掺掺量为20%、泡沫剂掺量为2%时,抗压强度最高,其他指标满足要求。利用ADINA Thermal对普通混凝土墙体和正交试验最优组陶粒泡沫混凝土墙体保温性能进行模拟,通过对比表明,陶粒泡沫混凝土的保温性能能很好地满足外墙保温的要求。

Simulation study on design of mix proportion and thermal insulation property of ceramsite foam concrete

    Abstract:The effects of the amount of ceramisite,expanded perlite,fly ash and foaming agent on the dry density,compressive strength,thermal conductivity and softening coefficient of ceramic foam were studied. The optimum dosage of each component was determined by orthogonal test method. The results show that the compressive strength is the best when the amount of ceramsite is 35%,the amount of expanded perlite is 0.07%,the content of fly ash is 20% and the amount of foaming agent is 2%. The other indexes meet the requirements. ADINA Thermal was used to simulate the insulation performance of ordinary concrete wall and orthogonal test optimal group of ceramic foam concrete wall,the comparison result shows that the thermal insulation properties of ceramic foam concrete can well meet the external wall insulation requirements.
