建筑外遮阳板通风效果优化设计与研究

    摘要:研究设计了一种具有通风功能的建筑水平外遮阳板自动控制装置,其中包括传感器组件、A/D转换器、PLC控制器、遮阳板和通风片。传感器组件实时采集相应信号后通过A/D转换器将模拟信号转换为数字信号,然后传输入PLC控制器, PLC控制器根据接收到的实时传感器信号进行逻辑信号处理,最终实现对遮阳板和通风片角度的控制。该设计将PLC应用在遮阳板装置中实现自动控制,同时遮阳装置中的遮阳板上安装通风口和通风片,这样既能遮阳又能保持通风效果,达到遮阳与通风之间的平衡。

Optimization design and research on ventilation effect of building exterior sun shading board

    Abstract:A kind of automatic control device for horizontal outer sunshade board with ventilation function is designed,which includes sensor components,A/D converter,PLC controller,shading board and ventilation sheet. Sensor components collect real-time signal and send them to PLC through A/D converter converting analog signals to digital signals. PLC controller completes the logical signal processing on the real-time sensor signals and realizes the angle control of shading board and ventilation sheet finally. PLC is applied in this design which can realize the automation control of shading equipment. At the same time,vents and ventilation sheets are installed on the sunshade board which can enable shading board with ventilation effect. The automation control design of PLC can realize the balance between shading and ventilation of sunshade board.
