内掺型防水剂对古建筑修缮中改性水硬性石灰性

    摘要:为研究内掺型防水剂对水硬性石灰性能的影响,对掺加3%有机硅防水剂的水硬性石灰试块与未掺加防水剂的水硬性石灰试块进行对比,进行了灰浆稠度、抗折和抗压强度、吸水率、体积安定性及微观结构的测试与分析。结果表明,掺加3%有机硅防水剂可以提高水硬性石灰浆体约12.2%的沉入度,增强水硬性石灰试块的28 d强度,降低其饱和吸水率,改善其体积安定性,可以延缓氢氧化钙的碳化速度进而保持其微观结构的致密性。

Influence study of admixture waterproof agent on modified hydraulicity lime performance
in the repair of ancient buildings

    Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of internal mixed organosilicon waterproofing agent on the properties of hydraulicity lime,the experiment compared the hydraulic lime test block with 3% organosilicon waterproofing agent with that without waterproof agent. Then the consistency of mortar,flexural and compressive strength,water absorption rate,volume stability and microstructure of the contrast test group were determined and analyzed. The results show that the adding of 3% organosilicon waterproofing agent can improve 12.2% sinking degree of the hydraulic lime,improve 28 d strength,reduce the saturated water absorption to improve its volume stability,and can delay the carbonation velocity of calcium hydroxide in hydraulic lime to some extent,so as to maintain the hydraulic lime density of the microstructure.
