自密实混凝土间隙通过性试验研究

    摘要:设计试验对自密实混凝土的间隙通过性进行了研究。通过分析试验结果,研究不同参数对自密实混凝土间隙通过性的影响及其背后的作用机理。结果表明,钢筋间距越小、粗骨料尺寸越小(保持间距/尺寸比不变)、粗骨料形状越不规则、混凝土流动性越差、采用网格钢筋排布(相对平行钢筋),自密实混凝土通过钢筋时发生阻塞的概率越大,间隙通过性越差。对不同阻塞模型和间隙通过性特征进行了验证和拓展。

Experimental study on the passing ability of self-compacting concrete(SCC)

    Abstract:Experiments were designed especially for the investigation of the passing ability of SCC. The influence of different parameters on the passing ability and the related function mechanism were studied by analyzing the test results. It was shown that the blocking probability was higher in the case of smaller clearance between reinforcement bars,smaller aggregate size(keep clearance/aggregate size ratio constant),irregular aggregates,lower SCC flow ability,and reinforcement grid(compared to parallel reinforcement bars). Moreover,different blocking mechanisms and passing ability characteristics were verified and extended.
