C100超高强混凝土强度影响因素分析

    摘要:在成功配制出C100超高强混凝土的基础上,系统研究了室内环境下搅拌方式、模具材质、试件尺寸、养护方式、压力机量程等因素对混凝土强度的影响。结果表明:搅拌方式主要影响混凝土的工作性,而对强度影响不大;钢模成型的试块强度比塑模的要高,且强度差值随试件尺寸的增大而增大。塑模成型的100 mm立方体试块强度换算系数为0.89,抗压强度随试块的平均高度偏差增大而降低;3 d、80 ℃快速蒸养可预测混凝土的标养28 d强度;采用较大量程压力机测试时,强度结果离散性较小。

Analysis of influencing factors on strength of C100 ultra-high strength concrete

    Abstract:Based on the successful preparation of C100 ultra-high strength concrete,this paper systematically studied the influence of stirring mode,mold material,specimen size,curing way and press range on concrete strength in indoor environment. The results show that:the mode of agitation mainly affected the workability of the concrete,but affected the strength little. The compressive strength of the steel mold was higher than that of the plastic mold,and the strength difference value increases with the size of the test piece. The conversion coefficient of the 100 mm cube specimen strength is 0.89,and the compressive strength decreases with the increase of the average size deviation of the specimen. 3 days 80 ℃ fast steaming can predict the strength of concrete for 28 days,when using a larger range of presses,the strength results have small discreteness.
