废旧轮胎橡胶粉对透水混凝土性能的影响研究

摘要:研究了80目废旧轮胎橡胶粉对透水混凝土透水性能、力学性能、耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:80目橡胶粉促使透水混凝土的水胶比增大,孔隙率、透水系数下降,28 d抗压强度、抗折强度、弹性模量、抗冲击能先增加后降低,磨坑长度先降低后增加。当橡胶粉掺量为4%~6%时,透水混凝土28 d抗压、抗折强度分别提高18%、20%,28 d弹性模量、磨坑长度分别下降11.7%、6.7%;28 d抗冲击能提高近3倍。

Research on effect of waste tire rubber powder on properties of porous concrete

Abstract:The influence of 80 mesh waste tire rubber powder on porous properties,mechanical properties,grinding properties of porous concrete were researched in this paper. Results show that the water/cement ratio gradually increased,porosity and permeation coefficient gradually decreased,and 28 d compressive strength,flexural strength,elastic modulus and shock resistance performance increase first and then reduce,28 d grinding hole length reduce first and then increase. The 28 d compressive strength and flexural strength increased 18%、20%,28 d elastic modulus and shock resistance decreased 11.7%、6.7% respectively,28 d shock resistance increased 3 times,when the range of 80 mesh waste tire rubber powder dosage is 4%~6% in porous concrete.
