陶砂对沥青混合料性能影响的研究

    摘要:为提高沥青混合料的高温稳定性,减少车辙病害的发生,将粒径为0.6~4.75 mm的陶砂依照不同比例等体积掺入到沥青混合料中,通过马歇尔试验及路用性能试验研究了不同陶砂取代率对沥青混合料性能的影响。结果表明:掺加陶砂后沥青混合料的高温稳定性有明显提高,水稳定性略有下降,低温抗裂性无明显变化,综合各项功性能指标确定适宜的陶砂取代率为60%。

The research on the effect of ceramsite aggregate on asphalt mixture properties

   Abstract:In order to improve the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture and reduce the rutting,the research uses different proportion isopyknic ceramsite to replace fine aggregate with the particle size of 0.6~4.75 mm to make HMA. In addition,the Marshall test and pavement performance test were conducted to study the performance indexes of asphalt mixture under different ceramsite content. The results indicate that there is an obvious increase of high temperature stability after adding ceramsite to asphalt mixture. The water stability decreased and low temperature crack resistance showed no significant change. Above all comprehensive performance indicators determined the ceramsite suitable dosage is 60%.
