塑胶跑道标准体系的探讨

摘要：探讨了我国塑胶跑道标准体系的发展，从3个方面提出标准体系中存在的问题：一是国家标准如GB/T 14833—2011《合成材料跑道面层》指标控制不严、参数设定不够全面；二是通过对地方标准、团体标准指标的对比分析，提出地方标准、团体标准指标过于严格，部分指标值差别大；三是部分地区检测机构的检测能力不足，亟待完善提高；并针对塑胶跑道标准体系的建设提出意见，希望新国家标准在参数的设置上更加科学合理、可操作性强，以指导塑胶跑道行业朝着正确的方向健康发展。

Abstract：This paper probes into the development of plastic runway standard system in China，puts forward the problems existed in the standard system：firstly，the index is not strictly controlled and parameters are not comprehensively set in national standards such as GB/T 14833—2011 "Composite runway surface". Secondly，by comparison and analysis of local standard and group standard indexes，the local standard and group standard indexes are put forward too strict，and some of them vary widely. Thirdly，the inspection capacity of the inspection institutions in some areas is inadequate and urged to be improved and enhanced. Finally this paper puts forward opinions on the construction of standard system for plastic runway，hopes the new national standard is more scientific and reasonable on the parameter setting with better operability，to guide the healthy development of plastic runway industry moving in the right direction.
