JG/T 223《聚羧酸系高性能减水剂》标准修订情况解

摘要：2016年11月30日，新修订标准JG/T 223《聚羧酸系高性能减水剂》完成审查，正式进入报批环节。为确保新标准的贯彻和推广，对标准修订背景，修订内容进行详细解读，并提出标准未来贯彻落实过程中需要注意的问题。

Abstract：The investigation meeting of new revised standard JG/T 223 finished on November 30 th 2016，and come into the
approval stage formally. The background and the contents about revision of JG/T 223 are introduced，and the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of implementing are proposed to insure implementation and promotion of new standard.
