早强型聚羧酸减水剂的合成及性能研究

    摘要:利用自由基聚合的方法制备了一种具有长侧链“梳形”结构的适用于地铁管片的早强型聚羧酸减水剂。试验结果表明,当酸醚比为4.5∶1.0,AM用量为10%时,合成的减水剂具有较好的综合性能。该早强型减水剂的减水率略低于普通型聚羧酸减水剂,但其早强效果优于普通聚羧酸减水剂及另外2种市售的早强型聚羧酸减水剂,其适用于地铁管片的生产,且混凝土施工性能良好,早期强度发展快,可满足施工要求。

Synthesis and performance research of early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer

    Abstract:An early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer applied to subway segment with long side chain "comb" structure was prepared by free radical polymerization. The test results show that superplasticizer has good integrated performance when acid/ether ratio and additive content of AM were 4.5∶1.0 and 10%,respectively. Compared to conventional polycarboxylate superplasticizer,the early-strength superplasticizer had more obvious early-strength effect although had lower water reducing rate. As early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer was applied metro segment,the concrete had good workability and early-strength effect that met the construction requirement very well.
