泡沫温拌再生沥青及再生混合料低温性能评价

    摘要:采用延度、BBR试验对泡沫温拌再生沥青结合料的低温性能进行评价,并对不同泡沫温拌再生混合料的体积指标和低温小梁弯曲性能进行了测试。结果表明:泡沫温拌再生沥青结合料的低温抗裂性能随着回收沥青掺量的增加而逐渐降低,当回收沥青掺量不大于40%时,温拌再生沥青的低温抗裂性能较好;在RAP用量增加的过程中,再生混合料的毛体积密度、沥青饱和度、稳定度和流值均不断减小,空隙率和矿料间隙率逐渐增大,低温破坏应变逐渐减小,说明试件的体积指标和低温性能均变差;当RAP掺量大于40%时,再生混合料的体积指标和低温抗裂性不能满足JTG F40—2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》要求。

Evaluation of low temperature performance of foamed warm recycled asphalt and mixture

    Abstract:The low temperature performance of foamed warm recycled asphalt binder was evaluated respectively by ductility and BBR test,and the volumetric indicators and properties of the low temperature trabecular bending of different mixtures were tested. The results show that the low temperature crack resistance of foamed asphalt decreases gradually with the increase of recycled asphalt content. When the amount of recycled asphalt binder is no more than 40%,the low temperature cracking resistance of warm mix recycled asphalt is better. In the process of increasing the amount of RAP,bulk density,saturation,stability and flow values of recycled mixture are reduced,the porosity and VMA increases gradually,and low temperature damage strain decreases. The volumetric performance and low temperature performance are shown to be worse. When the content of RAP is more than 40%,the volume performance and low temperature crack resistance of recycled mixture cannot meet the requirements of JTG F40—2004 "Technical Specification for Asphalt Pavement Construction".
