液固比及养护机制对偏高岭土基地聚合物流动性

    摘要:以偏高岭土为主要原料制备地聚合物,研究液固比和养护机制对其性能的影响,并提出了在夏季高温施工时的注意事项。结果表明:水玻璃模数相同时,偏高岭土基地聚合物的抗折与抗压强度随着液固比的减小而先提高后降低,存在一个最优液固比使得地聚合物力学性能最佳;地聚合物的流动性随着液固比的增大不断提高;随着养护温度的升高,地聚合物的抗压强度提高,但抗折强度降低。

Effect of liquid-solid ratio and maintenance mechanism on flow ability and mechanical properties of
metakaolin based geopolymers

    Abstract:Effect of liquid-solid ratio and maintenance mechanism on the properties of metakaolin based geopolymers was studied and the essay offers some announcements for construction in summer high temperature environment. The research result shows that with the same modulus and gradually lowering ratio,the compressive strength and fracture strength of geopolymers increase first then decrease. So,the result indicates that there is an optimal ratio for the best mechanical property of geopolymers. The flow ability of geopolymers will develop with the increase of liquid-solid ratio. Higher maintenance temperature can promote the compressive strength of geopolymers but bring down the fracture strength.
