螯合飞灰桩参数选择及数值模拟

    摘要:含水率和养护龄期对螯合飞灰固化体应力应变特性有较大影响。根据实验研究,确定了螯合飞灰工程应用的初始含水率和应力应变参数。以苏州某地铁站地质条件为例,采用MIDAS/GTS对螯合飞灰桩加固路基进行数值模拟,结果表明,地基表面沉降随着距路基中心线距离、桩长、桩径、桩体模量增加而减小,随桩间距的增加而增大,经加固的地基满足一级公路300 mm工后沉降的控制要求。

Preferences and numerical simulation of chelated fly ash pile

    Abstract:Water content and curing age of the MSWI fly ash chelation solidification body has a great influence on its stress and strain characteristics. According to experimental research,the initial water content,stress and strain parameters on engineering application of MSWI fly ash chelation are optimized. A case study of subway station geological conditions in Suzhou,using MIDAS/GTS to numerical simulate the chelating fly ash pile reinforcing subgrade,the results indicate that ground surface sedimentation decreases with the distance of the center line of the roadbed,pile length,pile diameter,pile modulus increasing,and increases with the increasing of pile spacing. The strengthened foundation meets the requirements of first-class highway 300 mm post-construction sedimentation control.
