降低菱镁水泥制品中水溶性氯离子含量的研究

摘要:为了降低菱镁水泥制品中水溶性氯离子含量,通过添加改性剂的方式进行试验研究。结果表明,无机改性剂A和无机改性剂B单掺均能有效降低菱镁水泥制品中水溶性氯离子含量,最多可降低47.4%,且不影响菱镁水泥制品的28 d抗压强度;4种复掺组合中,1%的无机改性剂B与1%的有机改性剂C复合效果最好,水溶性氯离子含量较未掺改性剂的降低了36.12%,28 d抗压强度降低了19.55%。

Studies to reduce water soluble chloride ion content of magnesium cement products

Abstract:In order to reduce water soluble chloride ion content in magnesite cement board,studies are made by adding modifiers. The results show that,adding inorganic modifier A or B is effective to reduce water soluble chloride ion content of magnesium cement products. The content can be reduced by 47.4% at most,while the 28 d comprehensive strength is not affected. Among 4 types of combination,the composite effect of 1% inorganic modifier B and 1% organic modifier C is the best. Compared with single doped products,the water soluble chloride ion content decreased by 36.12%,and 28 d compressive strength decreased by 19.55%.
