砌材种类等因素对抹灰砂浆现场粘结性能的影响

    摘要:模拟冬季现场实际工况,在混凝土小型空心砌块、加气混凝土砌块、蒸压灰砂砖和烧结空心砖砌筑墙体上,施工不同等级的抹灰砂浆,研究养护条件、基材种类、强度等级对界面粘结强度的影响。结果表明,粘结强度测试的破坏形式随各因素变化从砂浆层间破坏逐步转变为砂浆和墙体界面破坏;相较其它墙材,混凝土小型空心砌块的界面破坏强度和砂浆破坏强度都最低;洒水处理的灰砂砖和烧结空心砖与砂浆的粘结性能比涂刷界面剂的加气混凝土砌块略好;洒水养护的DP10和DP15抹灰砂浆与混凝土小型空心砌块的界面粘结强度相较冬季自然养护提高100%。

Research on effect of substrate type and other factors on site bonding performance of plastering mortar

    Abstract:Based on the simulation of the actual working scene in winter,using small concrete hollow blocks,autoclaved aerated concrete,autoclaved lime sand brick,sintered hollow brick to make wall with different grade plastering mortar. The effect of the curing conditions,substrate types,strength grade on the interfacial bond strength were studied. The results show that the test damage form of bond strength transformed from the mortar interlaminar failure gradually into the interface failure of mortar and wall with the above factors. Compared to other wall materials,failure strength of mortar and interface of small concrete hollow block are the lowest. The bonding properties of shale brick and hollow brick with sprinkler treatment were better than autoclaved aerated concrete with interface agent. The interfacial bond strength of DP10 and DP15 plastering mortar with small concrete hollow block with sprinkler treatment was improved 100% than natural curing.
