新型预制混凝土保温墙板抗弯与热工性能研究

    摘要:研制了一种带肋梁式预制混凝土保温墙板,采用沙袋均布堆载的方式进行抗弯试验、采用热流计法进行热工性能试验,分别研究不带窗洞、带有窗洞的保温墙板受弯性能和热工性能。试验表明:墙板的抗弯性能完全符合JGJ 1—2014《装配式混凝土结构技术规程》的相关规定,传热系数为0.81 W/(m2·K),其蓄热系数与热惰性指标也完全符合DGJ 32/J71—2014《江苏省居住建筑热环境和节能设计标准》的要求。

Experimental study on flexural and thermal performance of innovative prefabricated concrete  insulation wall panel

    Abstract:A new type of prefabricated concrete insulation wall panel with ribbed beam was introduced in this paper,and the flexural behavior of wall panel with or without window hole was investigated by numbers of sandbags. The thermal performance of these wall panels was also tested with the heat flow meter. Test results showed that flexural behavior of these wall panels can meet the related regulation of JGJ 1—2014 "Technical specification of prefabricated concrete structure" completely,and the heat transfer coefficient could be up to 0.81 W/(m2·K). The heat storage coefficient and index of thermal inertia of them also could meet requirements in DGJ 32/J71—2014 "Jiangsu residential building thermal environment and energy saving design standard".
