基于抗压及抗冻融性能的再生沥青砖成型条件研

    摘要:为确保再生沥青砖优异的抗压和抗冻融性能,采用抗压强度及冻融抗压强度比为指标,研究了再生沥青砖不同成型温度、成型密度和成型方式对这2个指标的影响,从而确定再生沥青砖的最佳成型条件。结果表明:再生沥青砖宜在148~155 ℃温度范围内采用碾压法成型,且最佳成型毛体积相对密度为2.203。

Study of compacting conditions of recycled asphalt block based on the anti-compression and anti-freeze-thaw property

    Abstract:In order to ensure excellent anti-compression and anti-freeze-thaw property of recycled asphalt block,compressive strength and freeze-thaw strength were chosen as indexes to study the effects of compacting temperature,compacting density and compacting mode of the recycled asphalt block on these two indexes separately,and the best compaction condition of the recycled asphalt block was determined correspondingly. The result shows,the recycled asphalt block should be compacted during the temperature range of 148~155 ℃,using the rolling compaction method,and the best compacting bulk specific density was 2.203.
