蒸压加气混凝土基本力学性能试验研究

    摘要:进行了加气混凝土试块的立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度以及劈裂抗拉强度试验。结果表明,加载方向平行于发气方向的抗压强度约为垂直于发气方向强度的70%~81%。端部效应使得加气混凝土棱柱体抗压强度与立方体抗压强度的转换系数取0.884。尺寸效应影响加气混凝土立方体抗压强度,非标准试块与标准试块的抗压强度比值fcu150/fcu100取0.953。加气混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度与其抗压强度具有很好的相关性,换算系数为10.5%。

Experiment on basic mechanical properties of autoclaved aerated concrete

    Abstract:The cube compressive strength,the prism compressive strength and the splitting tensile strength of the aerated concrete specimens were tested. The results showed that the compressive strength parallel to the direction of the gas was equal to 70%~81% of that perpendicular to the direction of the gas. End-effect lead to the fact that the conversion coefficient of aerated concrete prism compressive strength and cube compressive strength was 0.884. The size-effect had affected the cube compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete(AAC) specimens to some extent. The ratio of non-standard specimens' compressive strength and standard specimens' one(fcu150/fcu100) was 0.953. The splitting tensile strength of AAC and compressive strength of AAC had a good correlation. The conversion coefficient was 10.5%.
