化学外加剂对陈积粉煤灰加气混凝土活性激发的

    摘要:使用不同化学外加剂对贵阳电厂、清镇电厂的陈积粉煤灰加气混凝土进行活性试验,测试试件的抗压、抗折强度。试验发现:NaCl和Na2SO4的激发效果明显;单掺化学试剂NaAlO2或者NaAlO2和石膏复掺对粉煤灰的活性激发效果都不明显,原因可能是NaAlO2导致成型时需水量增加,试件成型不致密,强度降低。

Study on activity of sedimentary fly ash aerated concrete with chemical admixture

    Abstract:The activity tests of the sedimentary fly ash aerated concretes for Guiyang power plant and Qingzhen power plant are made by using different chemical admixtures. Meantime,the compressive and flexural strengths of specimens are tested. The results found that: activity effects of NaCl and Na2SO4 are obvious,activity effects of only mixed NaAlO2 or mixed NaAlO2 and gypsum are not obvious for the activity test of the sedimentary fly ash aerated concretes. Reason could be that NaAlO2 resulting in the water demand increased during molding,so that the specimen molding is not dense,and the specimen strength is reduced.
